This article is a continuation of my previous post titled “MY SPIRITUAL QUEST: BROKEN SOUL AND SPIRITUAL AWAKENING”. Guided by the universe’s whispers, I headed on a spiritual journey filled with deep revelations and immortal wisdom. As I sketch my final reflections, I hope these insights may guide you through dark nights and lead to understanding and growth.
PROTECTING YOUR ENERGY
Not everyone deserves to see the new you that you have put so much effort into developing. You have healed and overcome obstacles, and you must be careful not to waste the energy you have earned. Choose carefully who you let into your inner circle. Your boundaries won’t be understood by everyone; some people could even call you selfish. However, this is the price you pay for prioritizing yourself. Make sure you never forget who you really are.
EMPTY YOURSELF
“Remove all mental images, labels, beliefs, conceptions, problems, anxieties, memories, expectations, personal narratives, and social conditionings. Possess the bravery to observe and just be.”
REALIZE YOUR WORTH
Walking away from something can sometimes be a sign of strength rather than weakness. We leave when we fully recognize our own worth and value, not because we want others to see the same in us. Letting go is the biggest step to living a calm existence.
THE TOXIC ATTACHMENTS
When the tears outweigh the smiles, walk away. Leave when the conversation becomes more combative than humorous. Leave when the pain becomes hard to bear. Simply because you love someone does not give them the right to ruin you, and loving someone doesn’t call for you to stay.
HEALING POWER WITHIN
Our thoughts influence our bodies’ ability to heal and mend themselves. Thoughts, emotions, and intentions all have a significant vibratory impact on our physical being. The seeds we plant within our brains have the potential to either heal or destroy.
LETTING GO
People in your life may not grow along with you just because you are growing.
People who matched their demands and accommodated their behaviors—even if those behaviors were hurtful to you—might not like the new you and instead favor the old you. Although it’s a difficult and depressing fact to accept, it’s crucial to remember that sometimes deciding to be yourself means letting go of others.
EMBRACING FORGIVENESS
Forgive yourself for lacking a greater understanding at that point in time. Please accept forgiveness for ceding your authority. Forgive yourself for previous actions. Please forgive yourself for the survival skills and dispositions you acquired during your traumatic experience. Acknowledge your failure to be the person you needed to be.
YOU ARE ENOUGH
The finest thing you can do is to work on yourself. Recognize that even though you are not perfect, you are enough. Following that, get to work on anything that is going to ruin you. Your malicious thoughts, ego, and insecurities. You’ll realize that in the end, you’ll find inner serenity. Engage in contentment and acceptance.
LOVE YOURSELF
Your entire universe changes when you begin to love who you are. You cease radiating a sense of helplessness or the need to look outside yourself for satisfaction. You transform into a potent self-resource that draws greater things. One’s desire for validation and approval decreases as one’s self-love grows. You can live a happy and fulfilled life free from the need to win other people’s approval if you can learn to appreciate who you are.
YOU ARE NEVER ALONE
You’re never alone. The weight of solitude may pound on your heart, but remember that you are encircled by the silent presence of many souls who have traveled this path before you. Remember that you are a part of something vast and timeless.
BEAUTIFUL SOUL
Being pure and pristine does not imply having a beautiful soul. It entails having the capacity to continuously return with a loving and compassionate heart in spite of your flaws as a human being. You are flawlessly flawed.
NAVIGATING EXTERNAL OPINIONS WITH CONFIDENCE
Let them to assess you. Let people to misinterpret you. You are not troubled by their opinions. You continue to be loving, caring, and authentically yourself. Never underestimate your value or the beauty of your truth, regardless of what people say or do. All you have to do is continue shining.
INTUITION
Never question your gut instinct. You aren’t being paranoid. Your body can detect vibrations, some better than others, and if something deep within you tells you something is wrong with a person or situation, believe it and keep pushing. The more we rely on our intuition, the more empowered we become.
CHOOSE TO EVOLVE
Repetitive lessons and cycles indicate what needs to be healed and resolved internally. The cosmos is not punishing you; it is simply directing you toward what blocks you. Heal the underlying cause and eradicate the vibration, as well as the recurring cycles and lessons.
KEEP EVOLVING
if you concentrate on the hurt, you will continue to suffer. If you concentrate on the lesson, you will continue to progress. Look past the agony and ask yourself, “what can i learn from this?” Every problem presents a chance for Development. It’s an opportunity to grow wiser, more resilient, and better prepared to deal with anything life throws at you.
EMBRACING SPIRITUALITY IN A MATERIAL WORLD
Not Everyone Can Follow The Path Of A Monk, Hermit, Or Saint By Leaving Their Homes; Spirituality Does Not Require Such Dramatic Measures. It Does Not Prohibit Marriage Or Require Desertion For Those Who Are Bound By It; Such Decisions Remain Intensely Personal.
For Those Who Choose To Stay Inside The Fabric Of Family And Society, These Hardships Are Unavoidable. However, With A Solid Understanding, A Balanced Energy, And Appropriate Limits, We Can Face These Problems With Perseverance And Grace. Despite Shattered Illusions And Enduring Anguish, We Are Reminded Of Our Common Humanity. In These Moments, We Turn To Spirituality’s Healing Rituals, Adopting Them As Regular Routines To Comfort Our Souls And Restore Balance.

The Rise Of Spiritual Identity In Modern Society
“I IDENTIFY AS SPIRITUAL RATHER THAN RELIGIOUS”. These days, this expression has become extremely common, or perhaps I should say, trendy. While there are many who take it extremely seriously, and some famous modern professors among them, who may make light of it.
People with a profound understanding of spirituality or who have personally lived the journey may be more sensitive to and aware of the actual significance of this remark.
From Insensitivity To Insight
It’s incredible to see how many young people, and even those in their middle years, proudly declare themselves to be spiritual rather than religious, often without completely understanding the true meaning of this distinction.
This tendency could be attributed to a variety of factors, but two in particular stand out.
For starters, some people may avoid religious behaviors because they believe religious people perform countless rituals out of dread of divine retribution. These rituals are frequently viewed as a way to placate a higher power while avoiding punishment, with the goal of resolving one’s karmic debt.
In today’s world, the younger generation frequently tries to exemplify modernity in all parts of their lives, including their speech. However, in their quest of modernism, individuals may unintentionally express words that inflict pain and disrespect towards others.
Those who insult and purposefully harm religious people by characterizing them as “fearers of God” in order to advance their own fake spiritual beliefs and sense of superiority are ignorant of the genuine core of spiritual enlightenment.
A TRULY AWAKENED SOUL WOULD NEVER PURPOSEFULLY HARM ANY LIVING CREATURE, BECAUSE THEY REALIZE THE PROFOUND PROCESS OF HEALING THAT COMES WITH PAIN. THEY CAN RELATE TO TERMS LIKE “HURT AND HEAL”.
The Evolution Of Spiritual Identity In The Digital Age
Some people claim to be spiritual because they heard or noticed who exemplifies spirituality by abandoning rituals and worship in favor of generosity and following their heart and brain. They took it lightly infact, and some of them believe in philanthropy, community service, and then SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS. However, it is critical to acknowledge the importance of training and rewiring our brain. “Don’t always rely exclusively on your heart and brain, as they may lead you to unintended consequences. This is why it’s critical to rewire and train your brain. Remember to trust your intuition, but to strengthen it, meditate on a daily basis.
Exploring The Dark Side Of “Do Whatever Your Soul Feels Like”
Some people may use the term “spiritual” to safeguard their actions in specific circumstances. The most commonly used statement in spirituality is “it’s entirely up to you; do whatever your soul feels like.” Some fickle-minded people use this as a weapon to justify their actions without understanding the true meaning. If you have a strong belief that someone is meant for you, you may be willing to go to tremendous efforts to make them yours, guided by the deep connection between your heart and mind. Is this really the right way to do stuffs?
How Spirituality Acts As A Safety Net For Today’s Youth
This generation may break loose from traditional rituals and worship practices because spiritualism is already “A Flag Of Safety” for them. However, many people may not fully get the true meaning of being spiritual (spirit – ritual), which often has connections with rituals. Rituals, techniques, and processes will always have a place in our daily lives, just as we require food and water to thrive.
The Power Of Rituals In Spiritual Practices: A Deep Dive Into Tradition And Innovation
IT IS CRITICAL TO CARE FOR AND SUPPORT OUR BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT EVERY DAY. HOW YOU ENGAGE IN THESE RITUALS AND ACTIVITIES IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU. Whether you connect with God in whatever form, universal or cosmic energy, nature, a creature, element, place, energy, symbol, an elder, a younger person, a teacher, a starry night sky, or your inner power/soul, whatever provides you a sense of connection.
The important thing is to find a place where you can recover, feel at peace, and refuel—regardless of your religion, nationality, or place of birth.
Family Ties And Spiritual Growth: How To Achieve Balance And Fulfillment
Spirituality doesn’t demand you abandon your family or your responsibilities to your loved ones in order to live a solitary and ascetic existence. Instead, it teaches us to set healthy boundaries and be selectively social. It encourages us to take a moderate approach, avoiding excesses that could lead to imbalance and fragmentation. Achieving perfect equilibrium in the material world is critical because we must earn a living and perform our responsibilities while remaining grounded and compassionate to all living beings.
When we become overwhelmed by life’s hardships and lose sight of fundamental truths, the universal force may momentarily isolate us from the outside world in order to teach us a valuable lesson.
This phase of introspection allows us to hone our story and reconnect with our underlying principles. By keeping committed to our inner growth, we enable ourselves to negotiate the practical and material parts of life with courage and insight.
ULTIMATELY, THE CHOICE TO RE-ENGAGE WITH THE EXTERNAL WORLD IS UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL; AS THE FAMOUS SPIRITUAL ADAGE GOES, “IT’S COMPLETELY ON YOU.”
Beyond Goodbyes: The Eternal Bond Through Spiritual Reflection
Spirituality connects us to our deepest selves, ensuring that we are never truly alone, no matter how many people leave our life or try to break us. While we can always find someone to confide in. The anguish of longing to speak with, hug, and embrace our departed parents and grandparents is profound and deeply felt. However, if we are profoundly linked within ourselves, we may notice their existence. No one can replace them, but the brutal realities of life continue to demand our acceptance without offering a choice.
WE CANNOT SELECT THE DIMENSION IN WHICH WE WOULD PREFER TO BE BORN BUT THE MANNER IN WHICH WE NAVIGATE OUR LIVES REMAINS SOLELY WITHIN OUR CONTROL.
“THE PATH FORWARD IS YOURS TO DETERMINE”.
